Terms of delivery

General online store
Online store products are sold by Ultratec Oy, business ID 17980076. We sell products to adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.
Ordering
Products are mainly ordered online at www.ultratec.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the order price, shipping costs and ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery valid for each order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by email, where you can see:
reference number
our bank account number
the total amount of the invoice
You can check the content of your order through your user account on our website.
Payment methods
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.
The Checkout payment intermediary service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.
Delivery time
Shipping delivery time 3-7 business days, small packages 2-3 days.
Any unusual delivery times will be announced on the Ultratec homepage.
Delivery method and shipping costs
Home delivery large products (over 30kg) 69€
Posti small packages 12€
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can view the shipping costs after selecting the payment and shipping method in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as freight (over 30kg), as a package and as a maxi letter, only packages and freight can be tracked with a shipping code.
Exchange and return terms
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in the original packaging.
Please include the following information with the return:
your customer number, name, address and telephone number
your bank account number
and a copy of Ultratec Oy's order confirmation

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Problems with shipping and defective products
If the product has been lost during shipping, damaged or the customer has been delivered the wrong product, the customer must report the error immediately to info@ultratec.fi or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made immediately to the post office.
Other
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before ordering.
Ultratec Oy treats all customer information completely confidentially.
Ultratec Oy undertakes not to disclose customer information to a third party.
