General information about the online store
The products in the online store are sold by Ultratec Oy, business ID 17980076. We sell products to adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.
Ordering
Products are mainly ordered online at www.ultradec.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by email, where you will see:
- reference number
- our bank account number
- the total amount of the invoice
You can check the contents of your order through your user account on our website.
Payment methods
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.
The Checkout payment processing service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale and other obligations it defines itself. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store directly from which the product was ordered.
Delivery time
Cargo delivery time 3-7 business days, small packages 2-3 days.
Any unusual delivery times will be announced on the Ultratec homepage.
Delivery method and shipping costs
Home delivery large products (over 30kg) 69€
Posti small packages 12€
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can view shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as freight (over 30kg), parcels and Maxi letters, only parcels and freight can be tracked with a tracking number.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
Please include the following information with your return:
- your customer number, name, address and telephone number
- your bank account number
- and a copy of Ultratec Oy's order confirmation

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.
Problems with transportation and defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@ultratec.fi or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.
Change
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.

Ultratec Oy undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
