The consumer customer has a 14-day right to cancel and return an order under the Consumer Protection Act after the products have been sent or the service has been performed. The right to cancel and return does not apply to printed and customized products.
The products have a 14-day return period under the Consumer Protection Act. If you want to return the products you ordered, please contact Ultratec.fi customer service. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis. All returned products must be returned in like-new condition in their original, unopened packaging.
Ultratec.fi is not responsible for the costs incurred by the return or for the loss or damage of packages. We will refund the money you paid for the products you returned to the account/card/other payment method through which you made the original order. We will not refund the shipping costs of the original order.
